summer can ironically feel like a whirlwind - full calendars, more events, and time spent socializing. what if you stepped into the season feeling grounded, clear, and intentional?
together we’ll gather in circle as we begin with gentle restorative yoga, with optional hands-on support to help your body relax deeply. we will practice sun-inspired mudras that connect you to the powerful energy of the season, followed by breathwork where you’ll learn simple tools to carry with you throughout the summer - whether you’re stuck in the office or grounding on the beach.
a guided meditation, paired with seasonal aromatherapy, will invite you to envision a place of protective light. together, we’ll set a personal intention - helping you stay connected to what matters most as we step into the summer season.
to close the evening, enjoy a cup of herbal tea before stepping out into the first sunset of summer. pre-register on the mindbody app and just show up!
